CuteCloud provides users with network acceleration services, including but not limited to:

• IEPL dedicated network access service
• Multi-device simultaneous online support
• Streaming unlock service
• Technical support and customer service

1.2 Service Changes

CuteCloud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time. We will notify users in advance of significant service changes.

2.1 Account Registration

• You need to provide a valid email address for registration
• You should provide true and accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and safeguarding your password
• You may not share your account with others or transfer it to others

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify CuteCloud immediately.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

When using CuteCloud services, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Illegal Activities: Engage in any activities that violate applicable laws
• Infringement: Infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Network Attacks: Launch DDoS attacks, port scans, or other malicious network behaviors
• Spam: Send spam or engage in mass mailing
• Malware: Spread viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
• Resource Abuse: Excessively occupy server resources, affecting other users
• Commercial Resale: Resell or distribute CuteCloud services without authorization

4.1 Payment Methods

• Multiple online payment methods supported
• Subscription fees will be charged immediately upon purchase
• Auto-renewal subscriptions will be charged before expiration

CuteCloud guarantees 99.9% monthly service availability. If service unavailability exceeds the guaranteed time due to CuteCloud's fault, you may apply for compensation.

5.2 Disclaimer

CuteCloud is not responsible for the following situations:

• Service interruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)
• Service issues due to third parties (ISP, cloud providers, etc.)
• Connection failures due to user's own device or network issues
• Service adjustments due to policy or legal changes
